| 1. The advertisement section is guest friendly. Any advertisment is welcome. However, once an advertisment is up on this section. you give DBZ: NEU the right to post in the other site. If there is not an advertisment for DBZ: NEU on the other site the addvetisment will be deleted.
2. Do NOT PM people to advertise a site. This is what this section was created for. Only members can bump a thread, and can only bump once every three days.
